SHE IS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT WITH AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, A COMBINATION THAT HAS ENABLED HER TO BUILD A REMARKABLE CAREER. FROM 2009 THROUGH 2018, CHERNICKY SERVED ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PATRIOT BANK IN KEY LEADERSHIP ROLES. SHE ALSO CO-OWNED TULSA’S WNBA BASKETBALL TEAM, THE TULSA SHOCK, FROM 2009 THROUGH 2015. LAST YEAR, CHERNICKY JOINED THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BLUE SKY BANK.
